Tuning

If the overall piano is flat (or sharp), a preliminary estimated tuning ($75) is required, one that overshoots (or undershoots) pitch just enough that the piano lands on pitch when done.

When at pitch, fine tuning can be achieved in one pass ($225).

Piano wire slowly loses tension over time, causing the piano to go flat: if not tuned in 10 years 2 passes will be needed (a pitch raise and a tuning), not tuned in 30 years, 3.

Repairs or material/part replacement are charged at cost + labor ($150/hour).
